The Green Screen App for iPad is Awesome!

Hello Roaring Readers...

I had the best time with students today reviewing our library website and our blog!  Please submit book commercial forms soon, so we can get our back-to-school book commercials filmed!  Here is another book commercial filmed on the iPad, using the Green Screen APP!  It worked great!  I can't wait to see what special effects we can add to our book commercials as we practice with the iPad.  See YOU in the library soon.

Welcome Back to School Kiser Readers!

Hello Roaring Readers and Parents!  Our first week was a huge success in the library.  We were able to have book check-out early this year with fourth and fifth grade, and our third graders will check out book this week!  I am excited about our new school year and the new books we were able to buy for our school library.  I can't wait to hear how you like them.  We are continuing with our student-created book commercials and I have a new one to show you that was made with an iPad and a green screen APP.  It hasn't been edited, but it is a great example of what we can do this year with our iPad!  If you are interested in making a commercial, follow these simple steps:

1.  Visit the library website to fill out the Book Commercial form.
2.  I will review forms and select students to film the commercials.
3.  Get your parent permission form signed.
4.  Film your commercial in the library and help me post it to the library blog!

Enjoy this new commercial and stay tuned for more commercials soon!

See you in the library,

Mrs. Long
